All proposals are sent with a free website audit to ensure we understand your needs before you sign up for the package. And once you become an EJP client, three additional custom branded graphics or reels will be added to your package.
After you contact EJP, you will be able to purchase the package. You can pay by credit card online, monthly invoices, retainers, or annual contracts.
After scheduling via Calendly, you will receive a meeting invite to speak with an EJP team member and prior to the consultation we will send a brand questionnaire.
No, EJP does not have monthly packages. The minimum contract terms are 90 days for integrated packages, and 60-days for individual packages. EJP does not perform services without doing research and developing a strategy. Digital marketing and PR results are both short-term and long-term. To set you up for success, we ask clients for time to strategize, execute, analyze and optimize. Please note longer term contracts are also available.
Yes, each package includes four additional hours for revisions if you are not satisfied with the initial delivery. We are committed to providing you with the best final product and have implemented safeguards to work towards that goal!

Integrated packages: Minimum of 90 days or more. Individual packages: Minimum of 60 days or more. In our agency’s 8-years, EJP has never had an early contract cancellation, in fact our client lifetime average is 3.5 years. However, if you are not satisfied and would like to cancel early, we have a 15-day cancellation policy and your fee will be prorated.
Depending on your company’s needs, you can purchase a premium integrated package and/or an individual package. If you require more tailored services, please give us a call.

Separately, we only service English-speaking brands, companies, or businesses located in the United States or with most of their consumer base in the United States.
